The Digital Patient Information Hub is designed to provide the right information at the right time, to help BTHFT patients make informed decisions about their health, care and wellbeing needs. New material is always being developed and existing information reviewed to ensure patients have access to a comprehensive resource that is accurate, up-to-date and always available.

You can search for information alphabetically, by condition, speciality, department or illness. Information can be viewed on any device, it can also be translated into any languages. Links to other sources of useful information are also included where appropriate.
