You can call the Nursery Numbers and Transitional Care 24/7 and ask to speak to a health professional about your baby’s care.

Our Outreach Team are available (including bank holidays):

Monday to Friday from 8.00am until 6.00pm

Saturday and Sunday from 8.30am until 5.00pm

An answer machine is available outside of these hours and a nurse will ring you back on their return to the office.
