On behalf of the whole team welcome to the Bradford Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Whilst being with us is not what you had planned, we hope we can make your time with us as pleasant and memorable as possible.
We know that being a parent or carer on NICU can be really challenging from an emotional, mental, financial and physical point of view. That in mind, I would like to speak to you about your journey with us to make sure that we are offering the best service possible.
I hold regular clinics to give you the opportunity to discuss what is on your mind, talk about your baby’s care and provide feedback in a safe environment.
Purpose of the clinic:
To book please email caroline.guy@bthft.nhs.uk stating the date you require and whether you need 15 or 30 minutes.
Alternatively, please speak to the nurse caring for your baby who will book on your behalf.
You can contact us using the Relay UK app. Textphone users will need to dial 18001 ahead of the number to be contacted.
